My NC Mediator

For party selected cases, I charge $190.00 per hour and $75.00 per hour for travel time outside of Wake County. I also charge an administrative fee of $190.00. I will charge a minimum of 1.5 hours for each mediation.  If a mediation must be canceled or postponed within 7 days of the mediation date there is a one hour cancellation fee.  If I am able to replace the canceled mediation with another case, I will waive the cancellation or postponement fee.
